Experience summer in Stubai
Tyrol is summer’s hot destination as the chic and the stylish head for the mighty mountains, amazing landscape and brilliant things to do. If you are looking for a hotel that is out of the ordinary and super-hospitable, you won’t go wrong spending your Stubai Valley summer holiday at the award-winning 5-star SPA-HOTEL Jagdhof.
Why choose a Stubai Valley summer holiday at the SPA-HOTEL Jagdhof?
No summer holiday should be without them: a fabulous 5-star hotel and breathtaking views! The splendid SPA-HOTEL Jagdhof at the foot of the Stubai mountains offers unobstructed views of the Stubai Glacier. The vistas from the spacious terraces and 5,000sqm wildlife garden are simply awesome, and include the Habicht and Kirchdachl mountains as well as many of the region’s three-thousanders. You could spend your entire holiday just gazing out from the balcony.
The family-run 5-star Jagdhof has more than 70 rooms and suites, all furnished in an elegant Alpine style with attention to detail and deep regional sensibility. You couldn’t stay anywhere more lovely! Nor anywhere with greater prospects: the view from your balcony stretches across the valley and to the extraordinary mountainscape above. The public areas are equally welcoming and stylish. Settle down for a good read, chat or meet friends: you will always feel at home here.
Good food and drink are very important at the 5-star Relais & Châteaux SPA-HOTEL Jagdhof. The hotel offers its guests a superbly stocked wine cellar and the award-winning Hubertus Stube restaurant. There are six other dining areas inside the hotel as well as two sunny terraces and Tyrol’s smallest restaurant, housed in an old cable car gondola. Guests can have their meals served wherever they happen to be: by the pool, in a hammock in the garden or on their own balcony… Plus: the light and summery energy boost for body, mind and spirit – brand-new jSPA Cuisine!
The unique jSPA is the Jagdhof’s impressive 3,000sqm, two-storey oasis of wellbeing. Hard to beat: you’re delightfully spoilt for choice between 20 different bathing, relaxation and sauna experiences in the Vitality World, including the indoor pool and its little ‘water palace’, the SPA fountain of youth with underwater music and hydrotherapy, the conservatory with glacier views, and a cutting edge gym with exercise and fitness classes. There’s no end to your wellbeing on your Stubai Valley summer holiday…
Facials, massages, anti-ageing treatments and spa rituals are offered in the jOYFUL wellbeing area’s 12 beauty rooms and ZEN space. The SPA-HOTEL Jagdhof is the very first hotel in Austria to offer treatments using products by REN, London’s cult skincare brand. Just as groundbreaking: products by German brand !QMS Medicosmetics (Quick Magic Skin). Also available are bathing experiences that harness the power of the mountains with Tyrolean shale oil, honey or essence of pine.
On hot days, and there are plenty in the sunny Stubai Valley, 5,000sqm of wildlife garden with a pool and Jacuzzi lure guests out into the grounds. The Jagdhof’s garden is a haven where guests enjoy laps in the cooling water, lie on the loungers for a good read, sip a refreshing drink, discover the hotel’s own playground with their children, or simply relax in the shade.
A traditional structure, meticulously built using ancient timber: the 700sqm SPA CHALET is a true place of refuge. Privacy is assured in resting rooms with fireplaces, a library, tea bar and outdoor lounge. In addition, there is a wellbeing garden with a mountain-water pool – the perfect place for cooling off after a sauna. For complete privacy, the SPA CHALET’s Private SPA Suite offers your very own sauna, steam room, infinity duo pool, hammock loungers and a Champagne minibar.
While parents relax in the jSPA or explore the mountains, their children are well looked after in the Kitz Club or in the hotel’s garden and adventure playground. Young adults are also catered for with a Nintendo Wii, Playstation and more in the youth room. Top for young and old: the Jagdhof’s special BIG FAMILY summer weeks offer includes a wealth of things to do and see in the region. The price includes a Stubai Super Card, which allows guests to use the cable cars for free as well as offering plenty of other benefits.
From A for Alpine BBQ to S for sunrise walk with breakfast on the mountain, the activity programme offers unforgettable outdoor experiences for every day of your holiday. The hotel’s own walking guide takes guests out and about, and looks after every detail: backpacks, walking poles, sun hats… and even fruit and water for the refreshment breaks. Other activities include Yoga sessions with a long-standing Yoga teacher to help you find the way to flowing energy.
The Jagdhof terrace is where you have breakfast … lunch … enjoy the dazzling view of the glacier … read a good book … chill with a refreshing drink … honour the end of the day with the best the kitchen and cellar have to offer. That’s your Stubai Valley summer holiday at the Jagdhof!
