A quick trip to your room to drop off your luggage and you head to your dinner reservation at the award-winning Restaurant Simon Taxacher: a gourmet experience like no other. You opt for the nine-course dinner: the care and precision that has gone into each dish is extraordinary. You’re particularly impressed by the Alpine pork with buckwheat and sweetcorn, it is simply delectable – art on a plate. You leave the restaurant utterly satisfied and return to the comfort of your room for a blissful night’s sleep.
The sun rises, and you prepare for a day in the fresh mountain air. There is so much to do in Kirchberg and the surrounding area throughout the year. In summer, guests benefit from nearby golf courses, fantastic hiking trails and biking routes. In winter, skiing and tobogganing adventures await!

The 26 rooms and suites at the Rosengarten are all named after produce used in the hotel kitchens. The suites offer a wine refrigerator and some have an open fireplace. All rooms and suites are fitted with state-of-the-art furnishings and offer spectacular views of the Alpine surroundings.
