Men may indeed be from Mars, and women from Venus, but surprisingly gender medicine was only established in the 1990s. The Men’s Medical Check: the one-week module is priced at €2448 and includes a physiotherapeutic muscle function test, expanded blood tests including hormone status, urinalysis, lung function test, oxidative stress measurement, ultrasound of abdominal organs and vessels, ultrasound of brain-supply vessels, thyroid, prostate and testes, urological examination including consultation, resting and exercise ECGs. This module must be taken in conjunction with the Mayr Basic Programme priced at €907 per week.

Modern Mayr Medicine for Her: book the one-week Mayr Classic module priced at €1171 supplemented by a selection from the a la carte menu of medical services for women: breast ultrasound, spider vein and varicose vein treatments, hormone screening, endocrine assessment and consultation, osteoporosis prevention, anti-wrinkle hyaluronic acid injections, autologous plasma treatment, microdermabrasion and ultrasound facial, relaxation and detox treatments and a microampere bio facelift. Tailored exercises including pelvic floor exercise class, yoga, pilates, dance workout, legs, bums & tums are available. The Mayr Classic module includes all the components of the Mayr Basic Programme, five 25-minute partial massages and one liver compress with beeswax.  Each of the a la carte medical services for women is priced individually.

The Mayr Basic Programme includes entry, exit and medical examinations, individually tailored Modern Mayr cuisine diet plan, activity and lifestyle coaching, group lectures and presentations and full use of Park Igls’ extensive facilities.
