Lose weight and shape up with Ayurvedic healing
Discover an unrivalled fusion of authentic Ayurveda and European lifestyle. Experience an intensive AyurDetox and benefit from a new lightness of being. Holistic healing in the heart of the Tyrolean Alps includes detox cures for sustained weight loss. During this week-long cleanse, targeted treatments expel stubborn toxins, waste products and negative energy from the body. A combination of Ayurvedic weight reducing diet and gentle exercise help you discover new lightness, vitality and mobility.
The AyurDetox is medically supervised and the Sonnhof expert team are there to support your journey to wellness. After an initial consultation and diagnosis with a Ayurvedic physician to determine your ‘Dosha’ type, you’ll also have a nutritional consultation. Targeted detoxing measures include a special back treatment, back massage, special abdominal massage, energy massage, bag massage, herbal powder massage, two full body oil massages, gentle enema and a ‘Shirodhara’ flowing oil ritual.
- Authentic Ayurveda without the long-haul flight
