* 1.30PM Circuit of general areas and sanitary facilities. Afterwards, the basement is vacuumed and dusted, and the lifts are cleaned. * 2 .30PM Spa towel collection. When the SHF housekeeping crew return from their floors, they prepare for the next day and take the clean laundry back to their floor. * UNTI L 10PM The late shift is in charge of loading washing machines, cleaning the kitchen and is on hand to deal with minor issues. FROM 6 TO 10 A DAY WITH THE SHF HOUSEKEEPING CREW ——— * 6AM The early shift starts. The washing machines are loaded, and public areas cleaned before the first guests wake up. * 7AM Time to iron the table napkins before the crew goes for breakfast. * 8AM Morning meeting with the Head of Housekeeping for team planning before the crew heads to the floors to clean and prepare for arrivals and departures. In the laundry, the table and bed linens are ironed, and the towels are folded. * 9AM The laundry collected from the floors is now sorted and washed. * 11.30AM Break time – two team members take it in turns to be on duty.
